Export a chat

Get the chat out of your app.

Pick your app below. Choose without media where offered; text is all CareCheck reads. The file stays on your phone until you run the deep read.

Stuck with the export? Just copy and paste.

Open the chat, select the messages (long-press and Select more on a phone, drag on a computer), Copy, then paste into the box on the Start screen. Dates and times help, but without them CareCheck still reads the words and skips the timeline.

Text format

CareCheck reads any text where each message starts with a date, a time and the sender's name:

[06/09/2026, 10:12:03] Mum: Call me when you are free
06/09/2026, 10:14 - Sam: Sure, after lunch

Multi-line messages are fine. Media placeholders and calls are skipped automatically.

None of these worked? Copy and paste always does.

Select the conversation, copy it, and paste it into the box on the Start screen.
